Maintenance inside a factory has different constraints from outdoor work: layered floors, narrow aisles, and operations that cannot simply stop.

Factory floors have load limits. A unit that is too heavy can damage concrete or an epoxy coating.
Check the limit with building management before booking and compare it against the unit's weight.
Manoeuvring space and aisles
Measure the narrowest aisle the unit must pass, not just the work area. Turning corners is usually what limits you.
Mini units fit through a standard doorway, which makes them the only option for some interior jobs.
